William R. Smalley, age 71, formally of Celina, Ohio passed away at 12:00 am on April 23, 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada, with his wife Elaine by his side at their home.
He was born on March 17, 1945 in Celina to the late John and Jean (Aller) Smalley. He is survived by his children, Billy and Terry; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Connie (Bill Irons) Porch, Fayetteville, Georgia, and Barbara (Jim) Purdy, Celina; two brothers, Tim (Sandy) Smalley, Celina, and Scott (Ginger) Smalley, Colorado; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
Bill was a 1963 graduate of Bellbrook High School.
Bill will be greatly missed by family and friends.
He was cremated, there was no service or visitation at this time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
