Trey Iaen Scouten, 18, passed away unexpectedly on September 20, 2022. He was born on November 3, 2003 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, he called Celina, Ohio his home. Trey leaves behind his mother, Becky Smith; a brother, Brice Scouten; his beloved cousin, Maya Calvelage; uncle and aunt, Scott and Britney Calvelage; and his papa, William Schimmoeller.
He is preceded in death by his nana, Madelyn Schimmoeller.
Trey loved his friends fiercely, especially his second mother, Jacque Blythe, best friends, Landin and Jace and his whole gang of friends from far and wide.
Trey was a home school graduate class of 2022. Trey’s passion was dance, traveling, hanging out with friends and all things with wheels, the faster the better. Trey loved to dream and life was an adventure. Trey embraced each day to the fullest. Trey was truly the light in the darkness. Trey’s motto was, I’m third – God is first – other’s second – I’m third. He lived this out each and every day.
He was a member of Grand Lake United Methodist Church, Celina.

Visitation hours will be from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Cisco Funeral Home, 6921 State Route 703 E, Celina, Ohio.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at Grand Lake United Methodist Church, 119 E Fulton St, Celina, Ohio, with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Private graveside services will be held at St. Johns Cemetery in Delphos, Ohio on Wednesday afternoon.
