Terry L Stout

Terry L. Stout, age 69, of St. Marys and formerly of Wapakoneta, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Grande Lake Healthcare Center in St. Marys. Born on July 25, 1955, in Dayton, he was the beloved son of the late Wilbur and Wanda (Jessee) Stout. Terry is survived by his loving wife, Robyn (Chalmers) Stout, who resides in Wapakoneta.

He was a proud father to his children, Brad Stout of Toledo and Lance Stout of Wapakoneta. Terry cherished his role as a grandfather to his two granddaughters, Hailey and Kaylor Stout, and his grandson, Payton Stout. A true animal lover, he adored his dachshunds, Brendel and Chuch, both of whom preceded him in death.

Terry dedicated many years as an RTA bus driver in Lima, where he formed lasting connections with the community. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, playing bingo, savoring cigars, working on cars, and cheering on his favorite Nascar drivers. Despite facing health challenges later in life, Terry’s spirited and playful nature remained unwavering.

A memorial service to celebrate Terry's life will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Cisco Funeral Home in St. Marys, with Rev. Matt Overman officiating. Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM prior to the service.
