Teresa A. Hand

Teresa A. Hand, age 64, of Celina, passed away peacefully at her residence on February 1, 2025. Born on January 27, 1961, in Celina, she was the beloved daughter of the late William and Ella (Blount) McDonald.

Teresa leaves behind her life partner, Naaman Butler; her two children, Minta (Hamid) Nawaz of Columbus, and Matthew Butler of Celina; a brother, Ronald (Julie) McDonald of Lima; two sisters, Beverly Boyters of Virginia and Ethel Marcum of Arizona; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

In addition to her parents, Teresa was preceded in death by several siblings and their spouses.

A proud 1979 graduate of Celina High School, Teresa retired from Clean All Services in Sidney. She had a great passion for shopping, spending time with animals, and browsing auction sites on Facebook. Above all, she cherished moments spent with her family.

At Teresa's request, private services will be held at a later date, with arrangements made by Cisco Funeral Homes of Celina and St. Marys. The family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made to the Animal Protection League of Mercer County, 663 Celina Road, St. Marys, Ohio 45885.
