Ronald D Lauth

Ronald D. Lauth, age 80, of St. Marys, Ohio, passed away on November 26, 2022 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born March 3, 1942 in Auglaize County, to the late Walter and Mary (Counts) Lauth.

Ron is survived by his children, Tami (Stan) Sanford, St. Marys, Teresa “Teri” (Joe) Lesher, New Bremen, Craig (Renee) Lauth, St. Marys and Brent (Charla) Lauth, New Knoxville; stepchildren, Kimberly (Craig) Tingley, Celina, Melody Ballinger, Geneva, Indiana, and Donald (Shelly) Ballinger, Coldwater; 9 grandchildren; 16 step grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 26 step great grandchildren.

Ron was also preceded in death by his longtime companion, Marilyn Ruth Ballinger; his siblings; Mary Catherine Lauth, Betty McClintock, Anna Axe, Jean Ann Coneby, Emma Severt, Leona McPheron, Robert Lauth, William Lauth, Harold Lauth, Doris Tinnerman and James Lauth; a stepdaughter, Christine Joan Schott Medaugh; and a stepson, Daniel Franklin Ballinger.

Memorial services will begin at 3:00 pm on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Cisco Funeral Home, 6921 State Route 703 E., Celina, Ohio, with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm prior to the services at the funeral home. At the conclusion of the service the family invites everyone to Oak & Iron Event Space, 310 Freewalt Way, St. Marys, Ohio.

Private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
