Nancy Karch, 74, Celina, OH, passed away on May 25, 2015, 1:35 P.M. at Largo Medical Center, Largo, FL. She was born on July 30, 1940, in Darke County, OH. She was the daughter of Burr and Ruth (Jones) Warner, both preceded her in death. She married Donald E. Karch on February 14, 1959 and he preceded her in death on January 5, 2006.
She is also survived by four children, John (Michele) Karch, Celina, OH, Jenny (David) Eisenschmidt, Columbus, OH, Jerry (Lisa) Karch, Wapakoneta, OH, and Jeff Karch, Mint Hill, NC; two brothers, Lowell Warner, Loveland, CO, and Max (Carolyn) Warner, Atlanta, GA; two sisters, Sue Netzley, New Lebanon, OH, and Joyce Cooney, Largo, FL; 8 grandchildren, Nicky (J.T.) Miller, Marianne (Vince) Mitchell, Corey (Heather) Karch, Stephanie (Jarrod) Staley, Aimee (Mark) Highley, Jonathon (Molly Tehan) Karch, Erika and Forrest Eisenschmidt; 7 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
Nancy was a 1958 graduate of Jackson Township High School. She attended Wright State University and Miami University where she studied education. She worked for several years as a teacher, and later started her own business Karch Custodial Home where she help take care of the elderly.
She was a member and attended Grace Missionary Church, Celina; where she was a board member on the Grace Land Preschool board.
She had many hobbies but especially enjoy playing dominos, needlepoint, quilting, and spending time with her family and friends.
Visitation hours will be from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Friday, May 29, 2015 in the Grace Missionary Church, 510 Portland St., Celina, OH 45822. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday in the Church, with Rev. Bruce Head, officiating; where the family will receive friends from 9:30 – 10:30 A.M., prior to the service.
Burial will follow at Buck Cemetery, Celina, OH.
