Martha May Andrews

Martha May Andrews, age 82, of Rockford, Ohio & Chattanooga, Ohio passed away at 11:25PM on January 25, 2015 at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She was born on July 5, 1932 in Pleasant Township in Van Wert County, Ohio to the late Michael G. & Florence M. (Osborn) Klinger. On August 5, 1950 she married Victor E. Andrews, Jr. who survives.

Also surviving are daughters: Carol & Robert Berry, Rockford, Ohio and Alice & Thomas Jackson, Celina, Ohio; grandchildren: Robert & Deb Berry, Bruce & Trisha Berry, Scott Jackson & Kara Jackson; great grandchildren: Justin & Jessica Berry, Brandon Berry, Sky Jackson, Alexis Berry, Breanna Berry, Blake Jackson, Kaden Jackson & Phoenix Jackson; sister-in-law: Erma Klinger, Convoy, Ohio; brother-in-law: Roger Andrews, Chattanooga, Ohio.

Preceded in death by brothers: Robert Klinger & Michael William Klinger and sisters: Elizabeth Ann Yocum & Nancy Jane Whitten.

She worked for 25 years as a bookkeeper and retired from Fremont Co. In Rockford, Ohio and 10 years as a secretary at Andrews Saw Mill. Martha May graduated from Convoy High School in 1950.

She was a member of Chattanooga United Methodist Church where she was a Sunday School Teacher for 25 years. She worked as an Ad Council Secretary & was a member of the United Methodist Women.

Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Thursday, January 29th at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, Ohio, with Pastor Tom Brunstrup, officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens.

Friends may call from 4-8 PM Wednesday & from 10-11 AM Thursday at the funeral home.
