Marilyn J. Frahm

Marilyn J. Frahm, 74, of Celina, passed away at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert, Ohio on November 20, 2016, at 11:06 pm. She was born February 12, 1942 in Celina, to Edgar and Cora (Hoenie) Frahm, both preceded her in death.

She is survived by a sister-in-law, Marjorie Frahm, Celina; and several nieces.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, John Frahm; and a sister and brother-in-law, Marcella (Lee) Siebert.

Marilyn was a 1960 graduate of Rockford High School. She worked at Hecht Insurance, Celina and later retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina after 30 plus years of service. After retirement she went on to do volunteer work at Mercer Health Hospital, Coldwater, American Red Cross, C.A.L.L. Ministries in Celina and remained very active in her church.

Marilyn enjoyed making afghan blankets, exercising, watching OSU football and keeping up on all Celina High School sports.

She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina.

Memorial services will begin at 10:30 am on Saturday, November 26, 2016 in the St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, with Pastor Jeffery Gramza officiating.

Calling hours are from 9:00 am until time of services at 10:30 am on Saturday, at the Church.

Burial will follow at Buck Cemetery, Celina.

Contributions can be made to the St. John Lutheran Church and / or to the donor’s favorite charity.
