Larry L. Hill, age 73, of St. Marys, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2024, at Grande Lake Health Care Center in St. Marys. He was born on September 11, 1951, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Larry Hill and Effie Cora (Jones) Wood. On April 3, 2014, he married Linda (Hecker) Hill in Sidney, Ohio, who survives him at their home in St. Marys.

Larry will be deeply missed by his children: Larry Hill III of Dayton, Lamarr (Shannon) Hill of Colorado, Chelsa (Chris) Gray of Arizona, and Michael (Karis) Hill of Huber Heights. He is also survived by his stepchildren: David Myers of Piqua, Lisa Leach of Sidney, Ben Leach of St. Marys, and Brian (Mary) Bramlette of Piqua. Larry's legacy lives on through his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as his sister, Ann (Alan) Issac of Florida, and two brothers, Richard Lee Woods Jr. of Dayton and Romano J. Hill of Georgia.

Larry, a proud graduate of Roosevelt High School in Dayton, devoted 40 years of dedicated service as a skilled member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union #24 in Dayton. A true sports enthusiast, he was a passionate Las Vegas Raiders fan and had a deep appreciation for music, especially jazz. Larry also possessed a talent for cooking and cherished every moment spent with his beloved family, who meant the world to him. An accomplished athlete, he excelled in both track and football, earning the opportunity to compete in both sports at Central State University.

Honoring Larry's wishes, private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Cisco Funeral Home, 1175 E. Greenville Rd., St. Marys, Ohio 45885.
