Larry G. Hehmeyer, age 64, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at 8am on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center. He was born January 23, 1950 in Celina, Ohio to the late Eugene & Marjorie (Trisel) Hehmeyer. On April 22, 1978 he married Renee Crowe, who survives. Also surviving are 3 sons: Bradley & Jess Hehmeyer of Ostrander, Ohio; Kevin & Kari Hehmeyer of Columbus, Ohio; Daniel & Jenni Hehmeyer of Celina, Ohio; daughter: Tiffany & Tod McKirnan of Celina, Ohio; 2 granddaughters: Braelyn & Talia; brother: Tom & Jan Hehmeyer of West Chester, PA; 2 sisters: Judy & Duane Lautzenheiser of Vandaila, Ohio; Nancy & Terry Marsee of Celina, Ohio. He was retired from the US Post Office in Wapakoneta, Ohio. Larry attended Grace Missionary Church, Celina, Ohio. He was a 1968 graduate of Celina High School & a US Navy Veteran having served during the Vietnam War. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am on Tuesday, August 19th, 2014 at the Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, Ohio, with Rev. Steve Howell, officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Monday from 2pm till 6pm & Tuesday from 9:30am till 10:30am at the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
