Larry "Babe" Gehm, age 68 of Celina, Ohio passed away at 5:03AM on August 28, 2014 at Mercer Health, Coldwater, Ohio. He was born on October 12, 1945 in Celina, Ohio to the late William & Lauretta (Deitsch) Gehm. Larry is survived by long time companion Linda Endicott, Celina, Ohio. Also surviving are bother: Lowell "Butch" & Patricia Gehm, Rockford, Ohio; brothers-in-law: Phil Endicott, Celina, Ohio; Roger & Karla Endicott, Celina, Ohio; Jeff Endicott, Celina, Ohio; Ray & Marge Endicott, Ft. Loramie, Ohio; Dennis & Romana Endicott, Pineville, KY; sisters-in-law: Twyla Gehm, Rockford, Ohio; Roxie & Gary Rasberry, Celina, Ohio; Tina & Wally Staugler, Celina, Ohio; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by: brother: Dean Gehm. Larry was a 1963 graduate of Rockford High School. He was retired from CTS, Berne, IN; had worked at Pace Arrow, Red Gold, farmed ground with his brothers Dean & Butch and also helped farming with John Hileman & Ford Bollenbacher. He was a member of St. Pauls United Church of Christ. Bab was an US Navy Veteran, a member of the Celina Eagles #1291, Celina VFW & Celina American and was a member in the 70's of the Vibrating Pulling Team. Funeral services will be held at 2PM on Sunday, August 31st at the church with Rev. Catherine Costello, officiating. Burial with military honors will be held at UCC Cemetery, Rockford, Ohio. Friends may call from 2-4PM & 6-8PM Saturday at the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina where military honors will take place at 7PM Saturday and 1 hour before services Sunday at the church.
