Other survivors are a brother, Bryson Mazur; grandparents, Harold and Deb Farley, Wapakoneta, Tino Rodriguez, Celina, Jame and Jackie Mazur, Newark, NY; and great grandparents, Nacha and Tino Rodriguez, Celina, George Romer, Celina.
Funeral services will be at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church,
Monday, June 23, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in Celina with Father Kenneth Alt, officiating.
