Gabe Hoskins Jr., 81 of Celina, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2023 at Wayne Hospital in Greenville, Ohio. He was born July 7, 1942 in Pineville, Kentucky to the late Gabe Sr and Georgia Anna (Cox) Hoskins. On December 25, 1980 he married Joann “Cookie” (Clay) Hoskins and she preceded him in death on March 14, 2010.
Survivors include a daughter, Brenda Hoskins, Florida; a brother, Henry (Shirley) Hoskins, Celina; and a sister, Irene (Fred) Welch, Tennessee.
Gabe was also preceded in death by three brothers, Martin, Jim and Rob Hoskins; a sister, Geraldine Miracle; and twin sisters that died in infancy.
Gabe proudly served his country in the United States Navy, where he was stationed on the USS Hector.
He retired from Huffy Bicycle in Celina after many years of service.
He was a member of Celina American Legion Post #210.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the Hoskins family.
