Frederick “Fred” Bowden, passed away on June 19, 2024, at the age of 62, at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Fred was born on November 27, 1961, to Harry & Virginia (Henne) Bowden, who both preceded him in death.
Fred was loved and cared for by the Wayne St. Group Home staff. Fred had many friends at his home, he saw all the staff and fellow residents as his family. Fred was full of life and energy and was loved by so many. His best friend was “Teddy”, his stuffed animal always by his side. He enjoyed watching soap operas and game shows and was frequently caught drinking his soda while watching his shows, even when he wasn’t supposed to have it. He also enjoyed going out to eat with all his friends. Fred loved playing the piano and singing, but most important to him, was attending the MRSI Adult Day Care, with all his friends. He will be deeply missed by all.
Fred was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Celina.
