Becky S. Jacobs

Rebecca S. “Becky” Jacobs, 60, Celina, OH, passed away at 7:50 A.M. March 4, 2015 at Celina Manor. She was born May 15, 1954, in Celina, OH to Kenneth and Marianne (French) Boggs, both survive in Celina. She married Dave Jacobs on September 11, 1993 and he survives in Celina.

She was a 1973 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She spent much of her life as a homemaker and a loving caregiver for her children.

Becky was a very active member St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Celina. She was also a member of Celina American Legion Post 210 and Celina VFW Post 5713.

She is also survived by a son, Jeffrey (Stephanie) Armstrong, Chattanooga, TN; a daughter, Christy Gagel, Troy, OH; a brother, Kenneth (Marsha) Boggs, Eagle River, AK; a sister, Kim Boggs, Celina; four grandsons, Cody Ahrens, Gabriel Armstrong, Luke Armstrong and Tytus Armstrong; two granddaughters, Monique Gagel and Kayly Gagel; four nieces, Jenna, Mandy, Cassie and Alexis; and two nephews, Joey and Kenny.

Visitation hours will be from 4-7 P.M. on Thursday, March 5, 2015 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, located at 6921 State Route 703 East. Funeral Services will begin at 10:30 A.M. on Friday in the Funeral Home with Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating and Jeffrey Armstrong co-officiating; where the family will receive friends from 9-10:30 A.M. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Celina and or State of the Heart Hospice, Celina.
