Alan R. Lutterbeck

Alan R. Lutterbeck, age 58, of St. Marys, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at 6:15 pm on July 6, 2018 at his residence in St. Marys. He was born on December 15, 1959 in St. Marys to Ermal and Phyllis (Botkin) Lutterbeck. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives in St. Marys.

Alan is a father of two loving children, Corey Lutterbeck of Sidney and Amber Lutterbeck of St. Marys; a step father to Jason Stienecker of Lima; a brother to the late Tim Lutterbeck; and a grandfather to Alrik Lutterbeck.

Alan was a 1979 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and was employed in manufacturing; he went on to serve his country in the US Navy.

Alan attended Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys and was a life member of St. Marys VFW Post #9289. He enjoyed spending time outside with many interests in outdoor activities. Alan was very active; he relished working in his garage, woodworking, yardwork, warm weather and fishing. Most important to Alan was his family and friends, he will be deeply missed by all.

Memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 1:00 pm in Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys with Reverend Bill Maki officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial with military honors will follow at Resthaven Cemetery, St. Marys.
